Cheese and Beer Pairing

Presented by The Truffle Cheese Shop and WestFax Brewing Company.

Come join us on Wednesday, January 18th at 6:30PM at WestFax Brewing Company (6733 W. Colfax Ave. Lakewood, CO) for a guided pairing of hand crafted cheese and local craft beer. The pairing will consist of five cheeses and five 5oz beers. Representatives from both the cheese shop and Brewery will be on hand to talk about their offerings.
